• Complimentary ground shipping within 2 to 3 business days
• Purchases are delivered in  a courier bag, with the exception of certain items

• Next-day and Express delivery options also available
• Delivery charges per order anywhere in Pakistan  are 250 rupees.
• Delivery is done by TCS, if customer is unavailable for delivery, the courier will attempt to call and reschedule the delivery.

TextileLime accepts the following payment methods:

• TextileLime features a COD (cash on delivery) option.
• Master Card and Visa card coming soon

• For custom sizes, costs varies, please let us know if you like to order a size which doesnt come in the tradional options.
• For size details, please refer to the size chart.

• Exchange and return is possible within 7 days of purchase.
• Only those articles will be exchanged/returned that either have manufacturing issues, wrong sizes and the shipment of the wrong items
• Customer is responsible for shipping charges when making returns and shipping/handling fees of original purchase is non-refundable.

After placing an order, an email will be sent with an invoice along with an order confirmation 

Shortly after placing an order, we will sent an email with all the order details. When the order is ready to ship, we will send you an email with the shipping info, that can be tracked on our homepage.
