At Textile Lime, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We’ve designed a hassle-free Exchange & Return Policy to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

ELIGIBILITY

  • Articles purchased online are eligible for exchange or return within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unaltered and unwashed with all tags intact.
  • Items must be present in their original packaging.
  • A valid proof of purchase, either the original receipt or order confirmation email is required to process exchanges and returns.
  • Sale or discounted items are not eligible for exchange or return.
  • You will be required to share proof if you have received an article that is defected, in wrong size, or is incorrect.

EXCHANGES


ONLINE EXCHANGE POLICY

  • An exchange request can be initiated via info@textilelime.com
  • Proof of purchase, the order confirmation email and order number must be provided.
  • Exchanges are subject to verification of product condition and eligibility.
  • Once the items are received and verified, the requested items will be shipped.
  • The exchange process takes approximately 7–10 working days in Pakistan.
  • If the requested item is out of stock, customers will be issued a credit voucher of equivalent value, redeemable online.
  • Credit vouchers will be issued to the email address used to place your order; please ensure that it is valid and active.
  • Sale/discounted items are not eligible for exchange.

RETURNS


ONLINE RETURN POLICY

  • Returns are only accepted if the item delivered was incorrect (wrong size/wrong product) or if the item was defective/damaged at the time of delivery.
  • Customers may initiate a return request via info@textilelime.com
  • Proof of purchase, the order confirmation email and order number must be provided.
  • Reason for return and proof of defect/damage must be provided.
  • The product must unused, unwashed, and unaltered with all tags intact.
  • Once the product is received and verified, customers will be issued a credit voucher of equivalent value, redeemable online only.
  • The return process takes approximately 7–10 working days.

REFUND POLICY


ONLINE

  • Cash refunds are not offered.
  • In cases where an exchange or alternative solution cannot be provided, Textile Lime may issue a refund in the form of a credit voucher exclusively redeemable online.
  • Credit vouchers will be issued to the email address used to place your order; please ensure that it is valid and active.
