EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
At Textile Lime, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We’ve designed a hassle-free Exchange & Return Policy to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
ELIGIBILITY
- Articles purchased online are eligible for exchange or return within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unaltered and unwashed with all tags intact.
- Items must be present in their original packaging.
- A valid proof of purchase, either the original receipt or order confirmation email is required to process exchanges and returns.
- Sale or discounted items are not eligible for exchange or return.
- You will be required to share proof if you have received an article that is defected, in wrong size, or is incorrect.
EXCHANGES
ONLINE EXCHANGE POLICY
- An exchange request can be initiated via info@textilelime.com
- Proof of purchase, the order confirmation email and order number must be provided.
- Exchanges are subject to verification of product condition and eligibility.
- Once the items are received and verified, the requested items will be shipped.
- The exchange process takes approximately 7–10 working days in Pakistan.
- If the requested item is out of stock, customers will be issued a credit voucher of equivalent value, redeemable online.
- Credit vouchers will be issued to the email address used to place your order; please ensure that it is valid and active.
- Sale/discounted items are not eligible for exchange.
RETURNS
ONLINE RETURN POLICY
- Returns are only accepted if the item delivered was incorrect (wrong size/wrong product) or if the item was defective/damaged at the time of delivery.
- Customers may initiate a return request via info@textilelime.com
- Proof of purchase, the order confirmation email and order number must be provided.
- Reason for return and proof of defect/damage must be provided.
- The product must unused, unwashed, and unaltered with all tags intact.
- Once the product is received and verified, customers will be issued a credit voucher of equivalent value, redeemable online only.
- The return process takes approximately 7–10 working days.
REFUND POLICY
ONLINE
- Cash refunds are not offered.
- In cases where an exchange or alternative solution cannot be provided, Textile Lime may issue a refund in the form of a credit voucher exclusively redeemable online.
- Credit vouchers will be issued to the email address used to place your order; please ensure that it is valid and active.
