1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 working days after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • For prepaid orders, processing begins after payment verification.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Major Cities (e.g., Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad): 2–4 working days
  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–6 working days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.
  • Textile Lime may offer free delivery promotions on selected orders or campaigns.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email.
  • You can track your order through the courier partner’s website.

5. Delivery Partners

We work with reliable courier services across Pakistan to ensure timely delivery. However, Textile Lime is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or external factors.


6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available nationwide.
  • Customers must ensure availability at the provided address to receive the order.
  • Failure to accept COD orders may result in restrictions on future orders.

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

  • Courier companies typically make 2–3 delivery attempts.
  • If delivery fails, the order may be returned to Textile Lime.
  • Re-delivery may require additional shipping charges.

8. Damaged or Open Parcels

  • Customers are advised to check the parcel at the time of delivery.
  • If the package appears damaged or tampered with, please:
    • Refuse to accept the parcel, or
    • Report immediately to our support team

Textile Lime will not be responsible for claims made after acceptance without evidence.


9. Delays & Force Majeure

Delivery may be delayed due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Political disruptions
  • Natural disasters
  • Public holidays or logistical issues

In such cases, we appreciate your patience and understanding.


10. International Shipping

  • Textile Lime offers international shipping to selected countries.
  • International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:
    • Destination country
    • Package weight and size
  • Estimated delivery timelines:
    • Standard International Shipping: 7–14 working days
    • Express Shipping (if available): 4–7 working days
  • Customers are responsible for:
    • Any custom duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by their country
    • Providing accurate shipping and contact information
  • Textile Lime is not responsible for delays caused by:
    • Customs clearance processes
    • International courier partners
  • In case of failed delivery due to incorrect address or unavailability, re-shipping charges will apply.
